Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The request is for the first billing period of a new subscription
- The account has not been terminated for Terms of Service violations
Cancellations
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges — your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund. If you'd also like a refund, please follow the refund request steps above.
Free Plan
The free plan has no charges and therefore no refund policy applies. You can use it indefinitely without any payment.
