Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we handle each case with discretion. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, reach out — we'll do our best to help.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges — your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund. If you'd also like a refund, please follow the refund request steps above.

Free Plan

The free plan has no charges and therefore no refund policy applies. You can use it indefinitely without any payment.
