In plain terms. Use Lumina for lawful purposes. Your highlights belong to you. Premium is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time. We do our best to keep the service running but cannot promise perfection.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Ömer Faruk Tanık/SwitchID ("we", "us") regarding the Lumina Web Highlighter browser extension and related services (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
Lumina lets you highlight text on web pages and in PDFs, add notes and drawings, organise items in folders, synchronise them across devices, export them, and use AI-assisted summarising and translation. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that occurs under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.
You own what you create. The text you highlight, the notes you write, and the annotations you make remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.
You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service — to store your content, transmit it between your devices, and display it back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not publish it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party content — including text you highlight or PDFs you annotate — complies with the rights of whoever owns it.
You agree not to:
Lumina offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Current features and limits of each plan are shown in the extension and on our store page; we may adjust them, and material reductions to a paid plan will be announced in advance.
Premium is billed as a recurring subscription through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes depending on your location. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal link in the extension. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. [DESCRIBE YOUR REFUND POLICY — e.g. "We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied."] Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye may have additional statutory withdrawal rights, which these Terms do not limit.
AI responses are generated by a third-party model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions without independent verification. AI usage is subject to the limits of your plan.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend it for maintenance, or modify or discontinue features. The Service also depends on third parties (Google, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy) whose availability is outside our control.
Keep your own backups. Use the export feature for anything you cannot afford to lose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement — to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from mandatory consumer protection law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law. On termination, you may request an export of your data before deletion.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced through the extension or by email where we have one, and take effect when published. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. the Republic of Türkiye], and the courts of [CITY — e.g. Istanbul] shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Bu Koşullar; siz ve [ADINIZ / ŞİRKET] ("biz") arasında, Lumina Web Highlighter tarayıcı eklentisi ve ilgili hizmetlere ("Hizmet") ilişkin bir sözleşme oluşturur. Hizmeti kurarak veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Hizmeti kullanmayın.
Lumina; web sayfalarında ve PDF'lerde metin işaretlemenize, not ve çizim eklemenize, kayıtlarınızı klasörlerde düzenlemenize, cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemenize, dışa aktarmanıza ve yapay zekâ destekli özetleme ile çeviri kullanmanıza olanak tanır. Özellikler zaman içinde eklenebilir, değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir.
Bazı özellikler Google hesabıyla giriş yapmayı gerektirir. Bu hesaba erişimin güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yaşadığınız yerde bağlayıcı sözleşme kurabilecek yaşta ve en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız.
Oluşturduğunuz içerik size aittir. İşaretlediğiniz metinler, yazdığınız notlar ve yaptığınız işaretlemeler sizin kalır. Bunlar üzerinde mülkiyet iddiasında bulunmayız.
Bize yalnızca Hizmeti işletmek için gereken sınırlı izni vermiş olursunuz: içeriğinizi saklamak, cihazlarınız arasında iletmek ve size geri göstermek. İçeriğinizi yapay zekâ modeli eğitmek için kullanmıyor ve yayımlamıyoruz.
Üçüncü kişilere ait içerikleri — işaretlediğiniz metinler veya üzerine not aldığınız PDF'ler dahil — kullanımınızın hak sahiplerinin haklarına uygun olmasından siz sorumlusunuz.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Lumina ücretsiz bir plan ile ücretli Premium plan sunar. Her planın güncel özellikleri ve limitleri eklenti içinde ve mağaza sayfamızda gösterilir; bunları değiştirebiliriz ve ücretli planda esaslı kısıtlamalar önceden duyurulur.
Premium, ödeme sağlayıcımız ve kayıtlı satıcı olan Lemon Squeezy üzerinden yinelenen abonelik olarak faturalandırılır. Fiyatlar ödeme adımında gösterilir ve bulunduğunuz yere göre vergi içerebilir. Aboneliğiniz iptal edilene kadar otomatik olarak yenilenir.
İptal. Eklentideki müşteri portalı bağlantısından dilediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; Premium erişiminiz bedelini ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder.
İade. [İADE POLİTİKANIZI YAZIN — örn. "Memnun kalmazsanız satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde tam iade sunuyoruz."] Avrupa Birliği, Birleşik Krallık ve Türkiye'deki tüketicilerin ayrıca yasal cayma hakları bulunabilir; bu Koşullar söz konusu hakları sınırlamaz.
Yapay zekâ yanıtları üçüncü taraf bir model tarafından üretilir; yanlış, eksik veya yanıltıcı olabilir. Hukuki, tıbbi, finansal veya sonuç doğurucu kararlarda bağımsız doğrulama yapmadan bu yanıtlara güvenmeyin. Yapay zekâ kullanımı planınızın limitlerine tabidir.
Hizmeti sürekli erişilebilir tutmayı hedefliyoruz ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Bakım için askıya alabilir, özellikleri değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hizmet ayrıca üçüncü taraflara (Google, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy) bağlıdır ve onların erişilebilirliği kontrolümüz dışındadır.
Kendi yedeğinizi alın. Kaybetmeyi göze alamayacağınız kayıtlar için dışa aktarma özelliğini kullanın.
Hizmet, kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk, satılabilirlik ve ihlal etmeme garantileri dahil.
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, ayrıca Hizmeti kullanımınızdan doğan veri, kâr veya iş kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Herhangi bir talebe ilişkin toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe konu olayın öncesindeki on iki ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, zorunlu tüketici mevzuatından doğanlar dahil olmak üzere hukuken sınırlandırılamayacak sorumluluğu bertaraf etmez.
Hizmeti kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları esaslı şekilde ihlal etmeniz veya hukuken gerekmesi hâlinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih hâlinde, silme öncesinde verilerinizin dışa aktarımını talep edebilirsiniz.
Hizmet geliştikçe bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Esaslı değişiklikler eklenti üzerinden veya elimizde varsa e-posta ile duyurulur ve yayımlandığında yürürlüğe girer. Bu tarihten sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar [YARGI YETKİSİ — örn. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti] hukukuna tabidir ve [ŞEHİR — örn. İstanbul] mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tüketici iseniz bu hüküm, yerleşik olduğunuz ülkenin emredici hükümlerinin sağladığı korumadan sizi yoksun bırakmaz.
